Ping is measured as HTTP round-trip latency to Cloudflare’s speed-test edge, not raw ICMP. “HTTP loss” is the percentage of failed browser measurement requests during the run; true UDP packet loss needs a TURN/WebRTC service and is not measured by this static page.
